MLG Salon was established in 1999.

Working in a salon since she was fifteen, Mylissa has seen the industry evolve and has grown with it. In high traffic areas from Chicago's Board of Trade to the Merchandise Mart and over to Millennium Park, Mylissa ran her own salon (formerly Mylissa’s Little Gallery) from 2002 to 2014, then began freelancing and integrating education into her practice. Specializing in color, cut, make-up artistry and hair extensions, she always keeps up on the latest trends and brings innovative elements to her work. Genaro graduated from Pivot Point International and she is trained with many professional product lines including but not limited to, Redken, Rusk, American Crew, TiGi, Aveda, GK Hair, Babe Hair Extensions, Glo Skin & Beauty and Framesi Milan.
